OrbisEnergy office for Proserv renewables division
“Proserv is well known in the oil and gas industry, and with this move we are making a clear commitment to renewables. Offshore wind is a crucial market for Proserv and being based at OrbisEnergy will ensure that we are well positioned to provide a fully integrated and seamless service to offshore wind operators and service companies,” said Paul Cook, General Manager at Proserv Renewables.
“Our new location will allow us to further build on our capabilities and presence in renewables, not just in the East of England, but across the globe. This will become key as we implement our growth strategy and become embedded in the industry.”
Opened in 2008, OrbisEnergy is a renewables hub and an industry incubator owned by Suffolk County Council and managed by enterprise agency Nwes in partnership with Nautilus Associates. It is close to a number of developing offshore wind farms.
“Proserv is an exciting firm that offers innovative solutions to technical challenges. This is just the calibre of business that we welcome to our Renewables Hub. We offer our clients facilities that support their business, but OrbisEnergy is much more than that,” said Angela Grey, Centre Coordinator for OrbisEnergy.
“As a hub for the renewables sector, the quality of our tenants is a huge part of our offering. Facilitating access to these industry leaders, as well as funding and advice, strengthens our offering to all our tenants.”
